Rina Agustine, also known as Rina, is a member of Kaoem Telapak from Bogor, Jawa Barat. Her entrepreneurial spirit began to take shape when she was mandated by the organization to run Telapak's business unit, then named PT Poros Nusantara Utama (PNU) from 2007 to 2009. During that time, Rina helped facilitate the Tapos Village community's business in producing and marketing pineapple jam.
