Kaoem Telapak believes that sustainable use of livelihood through inclusive and active involvement of IPLCs groups is the key to ensuring the prevention of forest crimes and excessive exploitation of natural resources. To achieve this, Kaoem Telapak actively conducts various capacity-building training on the utilisation and sustainable management of natural resources, market and economic opportunities mapping for non-timber forest products, and knowledge sharing on institutional management based on participatory, transparent, and democratic values. Kaoem Telapak also continues to provide assistance in the context of strengthening traditional and social institutions and introducing a variety of environmentally friendly means of production.
