This service is intended to promote transparency, accountability, and the prevention of practices that are not in line with good governance.

Every complaint submitted to us will be handled seriously by an independent, confidential, and professional team to achieve a fair resolution. Complaints received will be used to improve our governance.

Upon receipt of the complaint, written feedback will be sent by the independent team to the complainant. Where necessary, the independent team will communicate directly with the complainant, which may involve the designated party by this independent team. Anonymous complaints are welcomed; however, it is still obliged to enclose relevant information.
