In the 26th Conference Of Parties (COP) where all world leaders were present in one place, namely in Glasgow, they discussed and agreed to reduce the rate of deforestation until 2030. In line with that, in the context of Indonesia, the largest deforestation is contributed by changes in land use change. Most of these land changes are for oil palm plantations.
