[Indonesian Translation] Q&A: Implementation of the EU Deforestation Free Regulation, 3rd Version – October 2024

The regularly updated working document prepared by the administrative department of the European Commission is intended to provide information for national authorities, EU operators and other stakeholders in implementing the Regulation of the European Parliament and the European Council.

The Regulation provides for the supply on the EU market and export from the EU market of certain commodities and products associated with deforestation and forest degradation. The Regulation (which in the document is referred to as ‘the Regulation’, ‘this Regulation’, or ‘the EUDR’) also replaces Regulation (EU) No. 995/2010.

This document reflects only the views of the European Commission, is not legally binding, and does not involve the responsibility of the Commission.
