Febrilia Ekawati specialises in advocacy, campaigning and community development. She focuses on environmental and health issues, especially in improving access to proper sanitation in Lampung. Febrilia actively educates the community on hydrometeorological disaster mitigation and the importance of good sanitation to reduce stunting.

As a member of Kaoem Telapak since 2016, Febrilia utilises her experience to advocate for policies and budget allocations that support sanitation improvements. She successfully established seven districts in Lampung as Open Defecation Free (ODF), increasing access to sanitation from 58.58% in 2016 to 83.65% by 2022.

Using a collaborative approach, Febrilia works with government and local communities to create sustainable solutions. Her dedication to environmental and community health makes her a pioneer in sanitation transformation in Lampung.
