Rosmini Rivai, known as Minie, is a journalist from Tolitoli, Central Sulawesi. She was born on 21 April 1979. Based in Central Sulawesi, Minie specialises in photography, videography, community development, communication and marketing. Before becoming a journalist, she had experience as an IT instructor, quality control at PT OLAM Indonesia, IT teacher at SMP 4 Palu, and marketing at Palu Televisi Media.

Currently, Minie is a freelance journalist who regularly covers environmental and indigenous issues in Central Sulawesi. The earthquake and tsunami that hit Palu in 2018 became an unforgettable moment for her, where she had to carry out her role as a journalist despite being affected.

Minie emphasises the importance of journalists in neutralising panic during disasters by delivering correct and careful information.
