Rukka Sombolinggi, also known as Rukka, is a Kaoem Telapak member in Bogor, West Java. She was the 2017-2022 General Secretary for Nusantara Indigenous Peoples Alliance (AMAN) and got reelected for the 2022-2027 term.

As an Indigenous Woman from Toraja, Rukka spares no expense in fighting for the rights of the Indigenous Peoples and the acknowledgement of indigenous regions, as well as promoting the acknowledgement of the Indigenous Peoples, both nationally and internationally.

Along with one other member of Kaoem Telapak, Rukka achieved the Skoll Award for Social Innovation (2023).
