Rita Mustikasari is a Kaoem Telapak member in Central Java and one of the founders of Kaoem Telapak. Currently, she is associated with Martani Indonesia and selling products from the local farmers.

Graduated from IPB Bogor campus and involved with People’s Coalition for Food Sovereignty (KKRP), Rita’s advocacy focuses toward farmers’ welfare and food sovereignty for the people.

To mitigate cases like one where an Indonesian tea ingredient is sold by a local company overseas only for them to resell the tea back to Indonesia for higher price, Rita hopes Indonesia can attain food sovereignty by returning the food supply chain from Indonesian farmers directly to Indonesian people.
