Elisabeth Suwartini, nicknamed Elisabeth, is a Kaoem Telapak member in Kulon Progo, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Born from a farmer family, she grew up to become a farmer & poultry farmer at her own farm field. She also became one of the founders of Wana Lestari Menoreh Cooperation (KWLM).

In 2004, Elisabeth began working as an elementary school teacher while continuing her career as a farmer. She taught both the students and their parents to plant consumable plants in their house and harvest the plants for personal consumption.

By practicing Sustainable Farming, a farming process that is eco-friendly and sustainable, Elisabeth hopes to raise awareness for a sustainable and healthy dietary habit to as many people as possible.
