Dion Dharmarini is a member of Kaoem Telapak in Bogor, West Java. Nicknamed Dion, she began her career as a Finance Staff in Telapak in 1997, then she became the Finance Mananger in Kaoem Telapak from 2016 to 2019.

Dion has an abundant experience as a Facilitator and Finance Advisor for non-profit organizations by teaching financial system development that is transparent and accountable, as well as developing SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). Currently, she works as the Finance and Grant Manager in an organization called Independent Forest Monitoring Fund.

For Dion, Kaoem Telapak is a precious network which helps her expand her connection and provide education in financial management and community entrepreneurship.
