Sandika Ariansyah is a member of Kaoem Telapak in West Java who serves as a Program Officer at the Samdhana Institute. A graduate in Forest Resource Management from IPB, Sandika has over 10 years of experience in Papua and 5 years in Bali working directly with grassroots communities.

His work focuses on program design, network building, and connecting various resources to address local challenges. Sandika actively advocates for a range of critical issues, from land rights, biodiversity conservation, and climate change to entrepreneurship, paralegal assistance, and social inclusion.

Beyond his professional routine, Sandika is always enthusiastic about exploring and learning new things. His latest exciting adventures include learning to become a barista, managing an agroecological farm, and producing podcast content.
