Cipto Aji Gunawan, nicknamed Cipto, is a member of Kaoem Telapak in Bali. Currently a Bali Government Expert Staff on Hospitality Division, he has been diving into the world of marine hospitality for decades.

In early 2000, Cipto developed a Diving Center in Bali. Then, together with a fellow Kaoem Telapak member, many fishers of Les Village, and DiVo (Dive Voluntourism) marine organization from Australia, he founded Sea Communities ecotourism in Tourism Village, Les, in 2012.
