Ratu Balgis is a Kaoem Telapak member in Palu, Central Sulawesi. Nicknamed Balgis, she works as a Radio Broadcaster for Indonesia Republic Radio (RRI) Palu Branch.

Having passion and experience as a broadcaster, voice actress, and journalist, Balgis was once involved in the creation of Palu TV which was part of the program made by the Association of Local People’s Television (ASTEKI).

Throughout her career, Balgis frequently translates the language of activists fighting for the environment and Indigenous Peoples into a language that many more people can understand and take into heart.
