Gede Yudarta, born in Singaraja on 31 December 1959, is a marine ecotourism manager in Les Village, Buleleng, Bali. With experience as a Village Unit Cooperative Supervisor since 2006, Gede combines advocacy and community development in his work. Previously, he managed ornamental fish exports and now focuses his efforts on sustainable tourism.

Together with Kaoem Telapak, Gede initiated the Adopt the Coral programme to restore coral reefs killed by destructive fishing methods. His efforts paid off when Les Village won the Indonesia Tourism Village Award 2024. In addition to marine conservation, the village offers activities such as waterfall tours and waste management education.

Gede is committed to maintaining sustainable tourism practices, maintaining a balance between the ecosystem and the local economy. His vision is to ensure Les Village remains an example of an environmentally friendly and sustainable tourism village.
